VI.3) Additional Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

- Where a consortium or other grouping of economic operators is proposed, each member of the consortium (or grouping) shall provide a written undertaking addressed to HFH that it, together with the other members, shall make available to the consortium (or grouping) the resources necessary to perform the Works.
- HFH will only enter into contract with a consortium which is a separate legal entity from those of its member. Any unincorporated consortium which is successful will be required to adopt a separate legal entity prior to, and as a condition to, entry into the contract.
